I Can't Help Myself...

Thursday, July 22, 2004
dammit. i'm in a bad mood. i should go and watch tv later. it's the best cure.

stupid woman said she'll go and pay the handphone bills one. then this morning the entire stack of it was still on the table. actually i ought to check myself, am i doing something wrong? if she can't even do such a simple thing like replacing the trash bag in the rubbish bin after throwing the rubbish, how can i entrust her to do such an important and difficult thing like paying the bills? ugh...

stupid bidding. i hate the cors thingy. i mean, the concept is good, bidding for modules. but then hello, why make people bid when the demand is so much less than the supply? and why make people bid for something you have to give them anyway? irritating birdbrains.
plus, i can't settle the modules thingy. still haven't really made up my mind on taking 3 or 4 years. i mean, there are really some many difficulties in taking 4 years... i don't even know if i can graduate by then... dammit... the stupid change in mcs is really affecting us bad. if i have to take 6 modules again, darn it i don't feel like taking hons anymore... if they make so many changes that makes it seem impossible to achieve hons even now, i don't see how it's gonna get better by the time 4th year comes. i hate them. suckers...

this morning i was in such a sucky mood. i was in such a rush and hurry to get to the post office to pay the bills. but when i reached downstairs, an old lady was making her way very veyr slowly down the stairs. i hesitated. i wanted to offer help. she didn't seem to see me. i continues rushing down. then she stopped me. she was speaking in some dialect i didn't understand. i asked her if she wanted me to help her across the road. she said yes. ok so i slowed down my speed by about a hundred times. i held her hand and slowly we made our way across the road. a car slowed down and steered to the lane we haven't reached yet so that we can start crossing earlier. the road had exceptionally few cars at that time. it was easy. i was totally at ease and at peace. i was no longer in a hurry. it's amazing. it's like such an arrangement by the powers up there. i was in such a foul mood and such a hurry. i probably offended everybody in the world with that look and tone of voice. then (how often does this happen) an old woman needed me to help her across the road. i did. calmed me, and it made me happy. it was... extraordinary...

ok talking like that is so not me. aiyoh i should call shumin "little miss multitask". you know, like those "mr tickle", "mr happy", "miss giggle" that sorta stuff. then the picture should be one head but bulging on the top so that like got many minds. and they should keep spinning and changing colours. haha... she can never seem to concentrate on discussing one problem first... we always have to bring her back to the topic. tsk tsk... :shakes head:

listening to clay's songs. making me feel good. at least, better than i was just now. esp this morning! urgh... okok time to stop babbling nonsense. bye bye.
