yesterday was mothers' day. everything followed my plan. it was nice, i think mom did enjoy it... i hope. BK breakfast. we went down a little later than planned, but we were still early. reached church early and got good seats. after that we walked to PS, walked around... no "japanese supermarket" whatsoever. feel so cheated... what the heck. went to carrefour (what's new) and mom was SOOOO tempted to buy the 1.25kg of australian milo. hehe... but we decided against it anyway. got the small 450ml one. i mean... it's really heavy you know... then, since we had nowhere else to go, we decided to head for bugis for lunch, evebn though we weren't exactly hungry or anything. but hey, we can't have lunch too late right... what about dinner then? so, got to sakae and had a nice lunch... =) got a nice seat, had nice polite waitresses serving us, with a nice smile all the time... 2 salmon (all-time favourite!) 2 amaebi (so fresh!) scallop (sweet!) octopus (nice! glad i tried!) river eel (mom's first dish) fried tofu (piping hot!) minced fatty tuna (sinful delight) what, am i doing an advertisement or what?... haha... i liked lunch, mom liked it too... i think we wanted to continue walking some more after that, but i think it's a good thing we went home after that cos by the time we got on the mrt we started feeling tired... so as usual, we just lazed around at home after that... i finished another WHOLE calvin and hobbes comic. "something under the bed is drooling". it's the funniest book!!! hahaha... had takeaway dinner. nice. good variety and pleasant. i still had to wash nevertheless, but... at least we didn't have to cook... it was really oily by the way... i think i was really quite tired yesterday... slept till 10am this morning!!! uh... no good... must pack stuff today, cannot DEvolve into a pig... posted by Yee 12:09 PM . . .
