WE WENT ICE SKATING YESTERDAY! sc, zh, fish and me were supposed to meet at 10am, but our dear miss zh was late again (as usual), very late... then when we wanted to go up, we found out that there was this school excursion to the ice rink. hundred over screaming kids run amok. no way i'm going in there... what are the odds? and i woke up early in the morning to go all the way to jurong. urgh... right next doors in KBOX. haha, the four of us went for ktv inpromptu. it was quite cheap you know, considering there's a drink, lunch in the form of a Delifrance pie, and 1 free in every 4. so it came down to about $5 each. not bad eh? zh and sc had to leave early... so after ktv fish and i went in for ice skating on our own. how brave of us! haha... 2 of us, not knowing how to ice skate, having the guts to go in and try skating on our own. we must have been outta our minds... it wasn't that bad you know... i actually improved from last time, which would be about 2 years ago, at least. both of us didn't fall down. but it's not easy to fall down, if you're constantly clinging on the tside railings for dear life. i lost my balance several times, and had to throw my arms onto the railings to save myself from falling flat on the ice. but generally, i don't need to hold on to the railings that often anymore... still, my arms are aching today... haha right after ice skating, we saw that shrek2 was starting in 5 minutes time, and we just bought the ticket and went in. not bad either! the seats were comfortable, the jacket combined with the aircon was comfortable too. the show was not bad, i enjoyed myself most of the time. what a day! rounded off with dinner at mac. eh he... but mom was sick yesterday... stomach flu. lucky i managed to persuade her to go and see the doctor. a whole lot of medicine, i must say... she's still sulking and complaining about how bad all the medicines taste... i'm feeling kinda bad i went out and enjoyed myself the whole day when she had no one to take care of her at home... hmm.. going out agan tmr! going to the hairdresser's with sugarpie. then go and shop, eat sushi maybe... haha! yippee... i think my wallet's complaining though... =X posted by Yee 11:19 AM . . .
